Chef Peter shares his passion for food and cooking through a four class course. His cooking course is renowned and well followed! Poultry, seafood, pasta including making tagliatelle with the age old stick method, vegetables, beef, sauces and making Turkish Borek, are only some of the topics covered. After spending 4 Tuesdays with Chef Peter, you will be the master of your own kitchen.
A full main course will be prepared every lesson by each person (the “chefs in action”). The four lessons includes all your ingredients, a tasty feast each evening, drinks on the evening, a memento apron, the best possible cooking knowledge you could ever dream of and NATURALLY Loads of fun!
