Dance has always been celebrated as a freedom of movement, self expression and as an entertaining art form. Celebrate your freedom to be female with POLE DANCING…the hottest new way to workout!

It is not difficult to see why pole dancing is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of exercise. It is a great way to lose weight and to improve flexibility and co-ordination. It targets abdominals, shoulders, arms and back, and helps build lean muscle. Not to mention it is far more fun than going to the gym!

Every woman should love her body and pole dancing is guaranteed to leave you feeling sexy, feminine and full of confidence and charm.

POLE DANCE CLASSES

We offer pole dance classes at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Each level teaches a combination of floor moves, pole spins, transitions, tricks, and chair workouts. There is no time limit for a particular level and you are free to progress at your own pace and in your own time.

We offer morning, lunchtime and evening classes Monday-Thursday, as well as Saturday mornings! Private classes for groups/individuals are also available on request and can be booked at a time that suits you.

Are you worried about your weight? Scared you are too old? …NEVER!! Our pole classes are offered in a fun, safe, and supportive environment and are designed for all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Most students come to their first class feeling a bit timid and unsure, but those feelings quickly subside.
